These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Dental Appointment (“the App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The App provides features such as browsing services, user authentication, and appointment management.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and profile creation.
When you create, edit, or cancel an appointment, you agree to:

attempt to access other users’ data or appointments,
misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or attempt to bypass security,
submit false or harmful content.
The App may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will meet all requirements or operate without errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if we believe you violated these Terms or used the App unlawfully.
Users may also terminate their account at any time by using the Delete account option available within the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at the provided Privacy Policy URL.
